All digital files will be emailed to the email address you have on file with Etsy within 1-2 business days from purchase date.

Print orders will receive digital print proofs via Etsy message within 1-2 business days from purchase and require approval prior to finalizing the order.

While we aim to deliver all print orders within a week from approval due to order fluctuation our standard turnaround window is delivery within 5-10 business days from approval date. If you need your order faster, you can purchase an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE Estimated shipping times are based on digital file orders and not printed invitation orders.

Yes!

We own and have rights to all artwork used on every product listed. If you would like color changes, please just be sure to purchase the prints, or the custom color file and include the changes with your details.

We can also change the wording or event type on any invite, just let us know with your details!

For design, layout or artwork changes, please reach out to us prior to purchase and we will setup a custom listing.

Please purchase the items that you need and reach out to us and let us know that you are on a tight timeline. We do offer expedited shipping options at checkout, but we can offer additional options or get you into a high priority queue and move your order along quickly. In most cases, we can deliver an order within just days of purchase.

T3 Designs operates normally Monday-Friday from 9:30 - 4:30 PST. While we are sometimes available on weekends to answer questions it is not guaranteed. Please also note that any rush orders placed over the weekend will process Monday. We answer all messages first in, first out and are working as quickly as we can to get back to you! Please note we receive 150+ messages a day but each one is VERY important to us!

All instant invitations are edited through our online partner site TEMPLETT. Within (1) minute of purchase you will receive an access link to the email address on file with Etsy.

Please note that ONLY personal information is editable and the files will appear exactly as they do in the listing (including the backgrounds).

Access is limited to 30 days on all instant orders - please reach out to us should you need more time.
