Excellent and responsive customer service. The lamp is not only beautiful as advertised, but sturdy and of quality craftsmanship. We are The Lamp Lab
We are absolutely crazy about lamps. With a love for industrial lighting, we design and create hand made lamps. We combine old items with new parts to make lamps that you'll never find in an ordinary store.
The Lamp Lab makes custom lighting for all kinds of purposes. Whether you want something for your bedside, restaurant or as a dining table statement. Our lamps are made with care and helps you set the perfect mood.
To garuantee high quality, we use as much as local products possible. Our rope is made in a local factory and our chandelier bars are assembled and powder coated in the north of Holland. Looking for something special? We love to hear from you and help you with something that suits your situation. Feel free to ask us anything you want.

Shipping
Ordering more than one product? Combined shipment will probably save you some money, so please contact us for a quick quote. Forgot to ask? We will always refund the too much paid shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
All of our items are generally ready for shipment. Once you place an order we complete your order as fast as we can which takes no longer than 5 working days.
Shipments have a leadtime of 1-2 businessdays on shipment within the Netherlands, 3-7 businessdays within Europe and 5-15 businessdays to the rest of the world.
If your purchase is time-sensitive, please send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options.
Unless you indicate otherwise, we will ship to your Etsy address.
TRACK & TRACE
We ship with PostNL, the biggest carrier of The Netherlands, who are very reliable. Nevertheless, shipments are always registered and with insurance, in case the package gets lost or damaged.
You will receive a track & trace link to follow it's journey.
