Tom was so great to work with! I came to him with a request for a custom knife sheath order for a birthday present. He worked quickly to make sure I had it on time, and kept me updated with its progress. He was so genuinely enthusiastic to make this sheath for me, I let him have full range of creative freedom. That was definitely the right choice! The tooling he produced on the sheath complimented the knife exquisitely! I appreciate his craftsmanship and attention to detail. (He actually made a second one because he was dissatisfied with a miniscule oil stain that "tarnished" the first sheath - for no extra charge) I sent my knife to him to custom fit the sheath, and he worked closely with me on tracking information and delivery. (It was an expensive knife I didn't want getting lost or left outside!!) All in all, OUTSTANDING work. My boyfriend loved the gift and I have no doubt we'll be coming back to Tom for future leather needs!!

Very talented, professional and easy to communicate with! Tom made my husband a double headed axe sheath based on simple pictures and measurements I sent him. It fits absolutely perfect! My husband requested an indian head - which we left up to Tom's imagination and he did an amazing job. Very talented guy. Definitely will use TAB leather again for other custom leather work!!! Thanks Tom!!! =)

Hello Folks. Welcome to my store TAB Custom Leather. When asked what TAB means, to me it has many meanings. One my initials, Two I'm a proud American so I like say it stands for The American Brand. It also stands for The Absolute Best, which is why I picked that business name. I strive to give the absolute best product I can with the absolute best customer service.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
As of now I'm only accepting PAYPAL and money orders. I ask to be paid in full before a custom order starts production. For products in stock I would expect immediate payment.
Here at TAB Custom Leather most of my items will be custom orders. Each individual item is customized per the customers tastes and desires, while staying within each individuals budget requirements.
On custom orders, before completing a transaction, myself and the buyer must have reached an agreement on what is expected on both of our parts. Then the payment can be made and I will begin working on that item.
Shipping
As of now I prefer to ship USPS flate rate. I also only ship within the United states. Due to the highly customized nature of my products I ask for two weeks to complete custom orders. If my back log is full, I will communicate that with the buyer at time of purchase. I will keep in touch with the buyer and update them as their product nears completion as well as when it is ready to ship. As of right now, my turn around on most projects is less than one week. In stocked items I will do everything I can to ship that item within two business days from the date I recieve payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
With in seven days of receiving your leather goods, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact me. I will do my best to reach an agreement with the buyer to resolve the situation. If that means modifying the item, completely recreating the item, or a full refund. If a full refund is deemed necessary I would expect the item back in the original condition. At the end of the day I want happy customers. If your happy, I'm happy. If the item gets damaged in transit, it is completely out of my control but I will do my best to come to an agreement with the buyer that ensures their satisfaction.
Additional policies and FAQs
Communication is critical. With the creation of custom items its even more so. I will do my best to ask all questions pertaining to making the product you desire. If you have any questions at all about the process please feel free to ask them. You are investing your money into an item that you will have for years to come. I want you to be completely satisfied with the end product, but I will still do everything I can to exceed your expectations.
Please remember that I make all of my products by hand, including the hand sewing. A machine will not touch your leather product. There for no two items are exactly alike.
