Ink rubbed off while punching these. After wiping with a paper towel, all was good. They worked well and are sturdy.

I’m glad you like the replacement numbers! The black that rubs off is actually residual soot from the laser cutting process. You can use a dry rag or towel to wipe the edges to remove the soot. - Dan

Tabletop Monthly Origin Story

It was dark and dreary afternoon in 2016. Daniel and a handful of friends were sitting at the table, playing quite possibly the longest game of Catan ever.

Hours later, as the game finally concluded, Daniel thought to himself, “I wish there was a way to punish (name hidden for friendship reasons) for taking FOREVER each turn!”.

That week, Daniel drafted a design for what became Tabletop Monthly’s staple product, the “Longest Turn Card”. After securing the help of an indie game maker to print the cards, he opened an Etsy store to share the wealth and punish a whole generation of slow Catan players.

Since then, Daniel has transformed his passion for board gaming into Tabletop Monthly. Every month, he features one of his creations on this website as well as his Amazon Handmade and Etsy stores.

Using high quality, often upcycled materials, he’s created a selection of limited run, unique gaming expansions and addons for his (and your) favorite games.
