Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
TaborsTreasures is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipment. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase... mail the item back postmarked within 3 days of receipt, and once the item is received in the same condition it was shipped the customer is entitled to a refund. Sorry, we do not refund shipping costs nor do we pay for return shipment.
Payment
All payments must be made through PayPal or major credit card.
Shipping
All items are shipped out within 2 business days (seasonal items excluded) of purchase unless it is a holiday, weekend or otherwise noted. If it is important to get an item out as soon as possble, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Items are usually mailed USPS priority mail (tracking included) or first class USPS. If it is very light I may send the item USPS first class to lower the shipping cost. I don't usually send items parcel post, but on heavier items going to the west coast this may be the only option for a low shipping rate. Tracking is included with all Priority mail shipping. Please Message me BEFORE you purchase if you would like insurance included for an additional charge... or if you are in need of the item overnight, I can check into rates. Also many shipping charges are based on the furthest distance from Pennsylvania (or from the USA for international). If you would like a more exact quote on shipping rates for your item, please convo me with your location BEFORE purchasing and I will be happy to check rates for you. Thanks.
