Hello, everyone! Thank you for visiting my shop! Below you'll find the nitty gritty details and everything one might need to know about my art and purchasing it on Etsy. Hope you enjoy!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
Limited refunds/cancellations. I am the sole creator, packager, shipper when it comes to this store. It's unreasonable to expect returns from a shop just because you changed your mind. Unless the dissatisfaction of a product directly stems from my own actions, refunds will not be issued. If you have an emergency, please message me and I'll try to work out a solution based on the circumstances.

Bank refund times are out of my control but usually occur 2-5 days after any refunds that may occur.
Payment
The only payment currently accepted is through Etsy.com. No items will be shipped until payment is made.
Shipping
Delivery will be made as fast as possible through USPS unless stated otherwise.

Preorder items will be given a specific estimated shipping window for a product. If this time period changes, you will be notified by direct message. If a preorder item is ordered with a non-preorder item, the items will ship together with the preorder item when available unless requested by the buyer. Additional shipping costs may be required for this request.

Please note that I am not responsible for any customs or other international fees that your country may have in place. It is your responsibility to clear these up and refunds will not be given to those choosing not to.

Shipping times line up with business days and start the day following purchase. For example, if you place an order on a Friday that takes 2-3 business days to ship, you purchase may ship out as late as Wednesday.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to research proper candle use procedures. I am in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or loss of life caused by improper handling of candles purchased from my shop. This responsibility, including financial responsibility, lies solely with the buyer. By purchasing a candle from my shop, you agree to these terms listed above.

In order to prevent candle related accidents from occurring ALWAYS burn candles within sight, keep your candles away from things that can catch fire, and keep candles away from children. In addition, make sure to keep wax pool free of debris, stop burning when 1/2" unmelted wax remains, trim your wick to 1/4" each time candle is lit, and avoid burning your candle in drafty areas.

Frequently asked questions
Why are my acrylic charm key chains cloudy?

Each charm key chain has a plastic film on both side. Please peel this film off in order to allow the charm full clarity. Sometimes they can be a little tricky to get off but I recommend starting from the key chain hole and lightly scraping downwards until the film lifts up.

Why is my sugar scrub dry and powdery?

Each sugar scrub is made with limited oil in order to prevent clumping during the shipping process. Please add small amounts of water to activate the oil within the scrub as you use it.

Will the scent I choose affect the color of my candle?

No! Regardless of which scent you choose, the color of the candle will always match the product photo. This includes white candles.
