Hello, everyone! Thank you for visiting my shop! Below you'll find the nitty gritty details and everything one might need to know about my art and purchasing it on Etsy. Hope you enjoy!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
Limited refunds/cancellations. The Seller is the sole creator, packager, shipper when it comes to this store. It's unreasonable to expect returns from a shop just because the Buyer has changed their mind. Refunds will not be accepted for issues that are subjective such as scent preference, size expectations, etc. If you have an emergency, please message me directly through Etsy and I'll try to work out a solution based on the circumstances.

Bank refund times are out of Seller's control but usually occur 2-5 days after a refund is submitted on Seller's end.
Payment
The only payment currently accepted is through Etsy.com. No items will be shipped until payment is made.
Shipping
Delivery will be made as fast as possible through USPS unless stated otherwise. Individual candles are shipped via Parcel Ground Select (2-8 business days), bulk candles are shipped via Priority Mail (1-4 business days), and small items such as lanyards are shipped via First Class Mail (1-5 business days). By purchasing a product, Buyer agrees that Seller is allowed to change delivery service based on the individual circumstances of the order.

Preorder items will be given a specific estimated shipping window for a product. If this time period changes, Buyer will be notified by direct message. If a preorder item is ordered with a non-preorder item, the items will ship together with the preorder item when available unless requested by the Buyer. Additional shipping costs may occur.

Seller is not responsible for any customs or other international fees that Buyer's country may have in place. It is the Buyer's responsibility to clear these up and refunds will not be given for Buyers opting to not resolve any additionally accrued fees.

Shipping times line up with business days and start the day following purchase. For example, if Buyer places an order on a Friday that takes 2-3 business days to ship, Buyer's purchase may ship out as late as Wednesday.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

*COVID UPDATE* Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times may vary due to postage disruptions. I do my best to ship out based on the delivery estimates provided during checkout and based on the delivery policies stated above, but I have no control over local or international postage. Please refer to your countries postal changes before making a purchase. I am not responsible for mail that is turned around and returned to sender due to international postal laws.

*PLEASE READ IF PURCHASING A CANDLE*

It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to research proper candle use procedures. Seller is in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or loss of life caused by improper handling of candles purchased from Seller's shop. This responsibility, including financial responsibility, lies solely with the Buyer. By purchasing a candle from Seller's shop, Buyer agree to these terms listed above.

In order to prevent candle related accidents from occurring ALWAYS burn candles within sight, keep your candles away from things that can catch fire, and keep candles away from children. In addition, make sure to keep wax pool free of debris, stop burning when 1/2" unmelted wax remains, trim your wick to 1/4" each time candle is lit, and avoid burning your candle in drafty areas.

No! Regardless of which scent you choose, the color of the candle will always match the product photo. This includes white candles.
