We are Dorota and Sylwia - two sisters from southern Poland.

To relieve, discharge the stress of everyday life, we make decision to take over our family traditions of tailoring.

We compose materials, textures, colors, styles and moods.
We choose, compare, match, select, looking for what is delights, funny and touching.
We design, invent, saw and plait.

Our collection is created primarily from natural and noble materials.
So when you buy our products you have guarantee that none of the detail has been selected by accident.
We sew when we have time and when we want to, because of that our collection is small and very unique.

In the future we want to open out into other area.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with order product you can return it unused within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items.

We will refund the cost of the item as soon as it arrives too us.
Lost packages cannot be refunded in the case of an incorrect address.
Please make sure to enter your address correctly.

If you receive damaged item, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damaged product.

*Custom orders are not returnable. This includes items created specifically for you or any item that I altered to your specifications.
We accept payment via Direct Checkout.

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Payments not received within 3 days will be treated as non-payments and the
transaction will be cancel and product will be available for other customers.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
We personally pack and ship all items.

We always ship to your Etsy Address, unless you provide a different one.
If you want to ship to a different address, please let us know before the payment.

Please ensure the address we are shipping to is correct. Labels are automatically generated based on the shipping information in the invoice. I can not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

All orders are shipped from Europe/Poland.
Most orders will ship out within 1 - 5 business days, once payment is received.
All in-stock items are posted within 1 - 5 business days after the payment is received.
Other products are shipped within deadline stated on the items listing page.

Approximate delivery time is 7 - 14 business days.
But sometimes it can take longer even 3 - 5 weeks, so if you don't get your order after this time let us know, we'll work out together on the problem. I personally can not guarantee a delivery date.
Only in Poland, the time is shorter 2 - 3 days.

Please note that during busy holiday times (Christmas season, Mother's Day, etc.), shipping time frame may be longer. It usually takes more time than usual.

The shipping time of the packages is beyond our control.

Shipping Options
- via Polish Post - Registered Priority Mail. It is national registered post service. Items are sent as priority registered airmail (it is slower shipping).
Shipments are numbered and it is possible to trace them.
Unfortunately, not all countries support the option of tracking from sending to receiving.
- via UPS service - it is fast shipment give warranty of trace in all countries.
So before purchase please keep that in mind.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on the package coming outside of your country.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.

Colors you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor displays the colors in the right way.
