Returns and exchanges
All items are Vintage and therefore used. Expect some wear on most items. Please read descriptions for condition.
I don't list items that I would not use in my own home.
Most of my items are purchased at estate sales, thrift shops and church rummage sales. I live in a smoke-free home with no pets. But please be aware that my items listed here may have lived with smoke and/or pets in their previous lives. My sense of smell suffers from age and a lifetime of allergies. This is something you may want to consider if you have severe allergies.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or feel it was misrepresented, please convo me with-in 7 days after your items are received and we'll work it out.
Please contact me immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your order and I'll do my very best to help resolve any issues.
If you must return an item because of shipping damage, contact me and I will help you. Please check all of your items the day you received them. You have 3 days to report the damage to us. The US Postal Service has time limits for filing a claim after delivery. You will need to keep the box and all of the packaging materials with the box, this way the US Postal Service can determine the amount of loss for reimbursement.

Your item will be shipped 1 to 5 days after purchase.
I ship USPS priority or parcel post , which ever is the best price.
Most books are shipped Media Mail
Patterns, cloth items, supplies and "smalls" can usually go 1st class.
US shipping takes from 2-8 days first class, 2-5 days for priority.
5 days to 2 weeks for Media Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Convo me with the country and item info and I will set it up for you.
International mail generally takes up to 2 weeks, but can take 6 to 8 weeks or more for some countries.
Please, do not ask me to change anything on customs forms. I cannot mark gift on international packages and the actual price will be listed on the customs form.
