About Tag...You're It Jewelry

Tag You're It Jewelry was formed in 2009 by two sisters, Brodi and Kelsey. We wanted jewelry with our kids' names on it, which was pretty hard to find at the time. We quickly fell in love with learning about different metals and the entire metalsmithing process. We are a family run business, with our sister-in-law running our engraving machine and listing new items and our father being our "ring maker." All of our items are handmade, starting with metal sheet and wire and being transformed into a forever keepsake or piece of jewelry.

Placing Your Order

Your order will be created using the same spelling that you request, so please double check your notes before submitting the order. Orders will be stamped in the same font and letter case (upper or lower) as shown in the listing photo, unless you've discussed otherwise with us.

Sales and coupon codes are not valid on previously purchased items, gift certificates, or shipping upgrades. Price adjustments will not be given for items purchased and shipped before the sale/coupon began.

---> Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order! Our shipping is free the first time; if an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay postage to have it shipped again to the correct address.

Sizing details

If you are unsure of your ring size, please order a ring sizer from us first to ensure a correct fit. We cannot verify the accuracy of other ring sizers not purchased from us. Please realize that your wedding ring size is not likely to be the same size that you'll need for a different finger... most fingers vary in shape and size. When stacking three or more rings, some people find it best to size up a little.

If your size is incorrect, we do offer ring resizing for a small fee (not available for birthstone, bear, or nameplate rings).

If you choose to have your rings resized by someone else, not us, you do so at your own risk. We cannot resize, repair, replace, or alter work that someone else has done.

Shipping

Current turnaround time before shipping: up to 2 weeks.

When available, shipping upgrades will appear at checkout. Due to our volume of orders, we cannot rush an item unless an upgrade is purchased. You can do this by selecting either the Priority or Express upgrade when you check out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship via USPS. Once your item leaves the USA, tracking will not be available. We will not refund or replace items that do not arrive. If you want a trackable shipping method, contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will be happy to get a quote on a trackable shipping method for you.

Care instructions

Most of our items can be cleaned up as needed using a small white polishing pad, which we include in each order. If you need more, we sell them in our shop. All jewelry should be kept away from bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Keeping your jewelry stored in a ziptop baggie when it's not being worn will help keep it shiny. When needed, wipe it with the polishing pad, then rinse it with water. Please contact us if you need additional help.

Communication

Please use the 'Contact Us' or 'Ask a Question' button to send us an Etsy convo. We do not conduct business over the phone. All messages need to stay within Etsy convos, not email, per Etsy policies.

Do NOT leave urgent questions or deadlines in the 'note to tagyoureitjewelry' box at checkout - we won't see those until your order comes up in our queue.

Our weekends are reserved for our families, so if you contact us after Friday afternoon, please expect a reply on Monday.

Returning an Item

If you'd like to return your non-custom, non-personalized item, please contact us first so we can give you the correct address. Contact needs to be made within 5 days of receiving the order. Buyers are responsible for using an appropriate shipping method to both protect the item, and ensure arrival. We cannot refund or replace an item that we do not receive, so we strongly recommend insuring your shipment.
