Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Requests for returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase for store credit (minus the original shipping and handling charges) as long as the goods are in their original condition and are accompanied by the receipt. Please keep the tracking information as I cannot be responsible for products that do not reach me.

Shipping
Shipping charges include packaging and delivery. Please note that tracking and shipping insurance is not included. If you require either of these for your purchase please contact me for rates as they will add additional costs to the shipping price. Items that are shipped free will not include tracking or insurance.
Shipping on International and US orders will vary depending on location and may incur additional taxes or duties when delivered. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
