1) Information Collection

We must collect certain types of information to fulfil your orders which are the information you authorised Etsy to provide us such as your names, postal addresses, your emails and the details of the products.

In the case of custom orders, you may choose to provide us further information about the designs and dimensions of the product via Etsy conversions or through emails.

2) Purposes of the Information Collection and How we will use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

i) Information collected on Etsy orders for us to provide services, to fulfil your orders, to provide customer supports and settle disputes.
ii) You actively given us consent such as signing up to our mailing list, then we will email you news about our products, events and workshops. We will not use it for any other purposes.
iii) If we need to comply with legal obligations or the order of court or in case of a legal claim such as retaining information about your purchases as required by tax law.
iv) As a legitimate necessity to improve our services provided to you, if those necessities are not overridden by your rights. This is restricted to the score of providing and improving our services such as sending you messages and emails to confirm the orders details. We also use your information as necessary to comply with Etsy seller's policy and Terms of use.

3) Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not normally share your information with third parties except from very limited circumstance:

i) We provide our services through Etsy, so we share information with Etsy as to provide you the services and to comply with the Etsy Seller obligations and Terms of use.

ii) We share your name names and addresses with postal services for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

ii) We engage with third parties to perform certain functions such as postal services. We will only share your information to the extent necessary of performing the functions.

iii) Compliance with laws. We may need to retain and share your data in legal process and according to the order of court in cases of prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity.

4) Data Retention

When you buy products from us, we will retain your data for as long as it needs for us to provide you the services. Generally your data will be retained for 3 years for business purposes including complying with tax laws, legal obligation and resolving disputes.

If you sign up to our newsletter, then we will retain as long as you give us the consent for it. Once you revoke the consent , we will delete your data within three days.

5) Data Protection

All our data if stored in computer, they will be saved in encrypted hard drive and password protected spreadsheet. All our hard copies will be locked in a safe environment.

6) Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

In normal circumstance , we will not hold your data apart from within a EU country. However, we may store and process your data with third party hosting service in the US. We use Dropbox to store and transfer your data from within the EU to the US server because it is Privacy Shield certified and complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.

6) Your Rights

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information.

You also have rights to change, correct and delete your information that we hold for you. In most circumstance unless we are required by laws to retain it, we will delete your data on request.
