We welcome to take order in Alchemy style, as you can choose any paper or color to make your one and only umbrella.
It takes a month to make 1 umbrella, for linseed oil used for water proof needs to be dried under the sun 2 weeks or more (depends on the climate).
We will email you a photo of umbrella when finished and dried, after the confirmation please make payment.
Before purchasing, please stop by our website for some help and inspiration to design your umbrella.

I was hesitant about buying new...and it seemed a little expensive...but now that I have received it, I am glad I did. This seller customized my parasol (to match my shoes~!) and sent many messages making sure I liked what they added. After giving the final approval, it was shipped immediately. I have been happy with the entire process. When I opened the package today, it was wrapped so beautifully and with care. There was even a storage bag for the parasol. Completely recommend this seller. Great customer service. Beautiful product. Thank you.

Payment

Shipping
The orders would be packed in the most appropriate packaging material to assure 100% damage proof delivery.
We normally ship within 10 days from the date of receipt of payment unless mentioned otherwise.
Orders on products marked as "Available in Stock" within the Product description would be shipped within 24 hours from the date of receipt of payment.
A Confirmation email on the receipt of order, receipt of payment and the date when the order is shipped would be sent to keep you up-to-date with the status.
Additional policies and FAQs
We will send you small instructions to fix if umbrella's paper gets small hole,but if they got it very hardly, we can try fixing them here in Japan. Just please cover the round shipping cost and send it back. We hope you can use it for a long time.
