I accept PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please look into it. Please make sure the address on your PayPal account is the address you are shipping to.
If you cannot make your payment at the time of purchase, contact me via convo and I will work something out with you. Otherwise payment is expected within 24 hours.
All items ship USPS first class mail unless otherwise stated in the item description.
I have a busy household and will do everything in my power to have your item(s) shipped within 48 hours of payment (usually within 24 hours) given the post office is open that day :)
If you wish to purchase insurance, please let me know at checkout and I will adjust your total accordingly.
If you are in need of faster or upgraded shipping for any reason, please let me know at checkout and I will adjust your total accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in my work and I want you to be totally happy with your purchase, so please contact me if you have any questions before you buy.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we can work out a refund or exchange. For refunds, I will refund you the amount minus the shipping. The item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
If your item arrives to you damaged or broken in any way, please contact me and I will attempt to replace it. (as some items are 100% one of a kind and I may not have exact materials) Damaged items will also require being returned to me.
Please return items in their original condition and unworn.

If you see something in my shop that you just can't live without... but perhaps in a different color, or maybe a little longer.... or whatever, convo me and if I have what you are looking for, we will work out the details. My collection of materials is ever growing (and driving my husband crazy to boot! hehe ;D ) and any excuse I get to take over the kitchen table makes my day!
I always leave positive feedback for paying customers and will truly appreciate the same in return.
If for any reason you have an issue with your item, contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Please consider that I put a lot of time and effort into my crafting and give me a chance to correct any problems.
