At Talisman Too, my design style has a casual romantic aesthetic, intended to create a feeling of being beautiful and special whenever you choose to wear one of my pieces.
Nearly all of my pendants feature a cabochon(stone) which I have personally cut, shaped and polished. I try to buy directly from the person who has mined the stone from the ground whenever possible, and like to use Picture Jaspers and Agates from the western portion of the United States. Owyhee Jasper, Deschutes Jasper, and Willow Creek Jasper are my all-time favorites for their incredible natural mineral compositions.
I also craft earrings, working with high quality stone, glass and metal beads, focusing on color, shape and balance of composition. I really adore selecting beads and crafting jewelry with a romantic look.
As the images above tell you, I've taken the Tiny House route as a path for living, with a small cabin in the woods for half the year. When it is cold in upstate New York, I travel the desert southwest as a van dweller. For sure I sometimes miss having a studio space where I can leave materials out as I work through projects, but there is something to be said for being more organized and intentional during creative sessions.

Terrie has been a designer of accessories since 1988, and has worked with several major importers/retailers in New York City, until 2002 when she launched her own accessory line. She now resides upstate, and travels to the southwest in winter.
