>about shipping info for your shipped items,
*check the tracking number on your etsy receipts and click the tracking number to see your tracking data as well as on japan post and your country's post office website.
*contact your local post office with your tracking number directly if there is any concerns about your shipments if there is any delays especially during this period while i am away.
*inform me your situations after you check above and contact them. i will look into it after i am back to my shop on april 16th.
*some countries do not track international registered mails due to their postal systems.
*for most cases, it is the matter of the customs or postal transits once the package arrives in your country. so it should arrive sooner the later. all international shipments does not have any guarantees on the specific delivery days or date due to those places it goes through before it reaches you. also, weather is another matter for how long it takes to deliver. if you are concerned, please contact those authorities in your country as soon as you can. then, report it to me as well so i can look into it.
>about the customs charges/VAT/taxes/tariff or associated handling fees,
it is your responsibility as an importer to pay for these tax charges levied by your government. this process might take a while as you and the customs or the post office on behalf of the customs have to deal with. if or when you are asked to pay those taxes, please follow their procedures. if you were not familiar with those import taxes in your country, the best place to find out about those customs charges is your country's customs office and post office websites.
