Wow! This lamb thingy is gorgeous and I can't wait to give it to my friend's baby. It's lovely to have a unique gift and I'd definitely buy again from this talented seller.

Welcome to my shop ! and thank you for your interest in Talli's Designs.
I have been crocheting since I was about 5 and have always loved it, I take time and care over everything I make and finish all items to a standard to be proud of. Unless stated all items are made without a pattern and are as they imagined in my head, this way, no 2 items are ever the same ! (No need to worry about going out and someone else having the same hat on as you !)

Returns and exchanges
If you arent satisfied with an Item you have recieved or feel it has been misrepresented please contact me within 3 days and I will refund your payment or offer you an exchange. I will pay return postage for item.

This is not offered on Custom-made items, these are non-refundable.
I accept Paypal only.
Payment to be made within 3 days of purchase. If no payment or contact is made within 3 days, transaction will be cancelled and I will inform Etsy.
For UK buyers I ship Royal Mail First Class, I can ship Recorded or signed for but price will need to be adjusted, contact me on buying item ^_^

For overseas buyers I ship Royal Mail International Standard which varies in time frames per country, the US is approx 5-14 days (it aims for 3-5 working days), it does not offer tracking. Tracking is available at a cost of around £11.
Im happy to ship to giftee and c/o address.
I am not responsible for items 'lost in transit', if you would like tracking or insurance on your shipment please request it before the item is shipped.

I am happy to take on custom orders, but please be aware, especially around holidays, I often have a waiting list so you may need to wait.
