Welcome to my little store.
All tamaradesigns items are made by me with love and care in a smoke and pet free studio.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I take care in describing my items as clearly and possible, and in packaging them so they arrive to you safely.

Regretfully, I do not accept returns or exchanges. So please only buy something if you’re sure you want it.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged (or not at all) then please contact me as soon as possible so we can come up with a solution to make you happy.

If you wish to order something particularly special then I recommend you pay extra for tracking and insurance (convo me for details before you pay for the item).
Payment for international buyers is by PayPal only and is due in full at the time of purchase. If you can’t meet these requirements then I will relist the item. Australian buyers can contact me about direct deposit if they prefer.

All prices are in US dollars.
I usually ship my items the same day payment has been received, unless it is a weekend in which case your item will be shipped the following Monday. I will confirm shipment once it is posted out.

Items sent to Australian addresses will be sent by Australia Post. This can take up to a week to arrive, particularly if you live in a non metro-area and your parcel is large ; )

Items sent to international addresses will be sent by Australia Post international Airmail. This generally takes 7-14 days to arrive.

If you would like insurance or tracking then this will cost extra so please contact me for details.
