Hullo there. Snapdragon makes handmade cards. I use new and recycled materials. My aim to to produce high quality crafted items that are different from traditional shop bought items. Most of my items can be customised and we can make up bulk orders too, but require a longer time frame. There is a discount for postage and make -up on larger orders. My aim is for you to be happy with my work and come back for more.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
I require payment in advance for each item. For orders of 10 or over of one card design, I can offer a discount.
All payments are in $AUS and via PayPal, unless by prior arrangement. In all cases, I will not ship item until payment has been received.
Shipping
It is my aim to ship within 3 days of your order being placed.
All overseas orders are sent Air mail.
Please understand that ALL orders are at the whim of the Post Office and that orders going overseas from Australia may take a few days to arrive. I cannot be held responsible for this. If you require the fastest possible postage, please notify me and we will seek the fastest reasonable service.
All cards come with an envelope and in a plastic sealed wrapper so they can also be given as gifts or stored safely for future use.
I can offer 5 cards together for the same shipping cost.
For bulk orders, we will quote a separate shipping cost
Refunds and Exchanges
All my cards are of the highest handmade quality.
Please don't ask for a refund because:
- in a batch, the cards are not absolutely identical. These are handmade items
- you don't like the card when it arrives
- the colour isn't exactly as on the picture. We try our best, but there are limitations regarding computers and cameras

I cannot be held responsible for items damaged in the post. Please consider asking for insurance if you are at all worried.
