Payment must be received before shipping within 5 days of the purchase. If you can't make the payment within that amount of time, convo me within 3 days from date of sale so we can make arrangement. Money order and personal checks need to be cleared in order to ship the item (additional 3 days before shipping). If the payment is not made, and I do not receive any message from you within a week from the date of sale, transaction will be canceled.
Alchemy: The payment has to be completed when the request is concluded and the photos are posted. If you are not satisfied with how the item looks like, you have time to let me know before the payment is completed and the item is shipped. In the case of a highly personalized item, the payment has to be completed before the personalization is finalized (such as engraving a name, for instance). I do my best to meet your expectations within reasonable limits.
Each of the items shipped comes with delivery confirmation when the destination is within USA, and a customs form for international shipping. Unless specified otherwise, I prefer items to be shipped via priority USPS mail service within USA. For any other arrangement, convo me for details and your preferences. For any more expensive shipping preference, the shipping dues must be paid in front. If the item is over 100$ in value, insurance is available and preferable.
Each of the items shipped is secured and packaged for maximum safety. I take this matter seriously. Your purchase WILL make the trip intact.
Customized items make it very difficult to predict what the exact shipping costs would be. I do my best to calculate as accurately as possible. If the cost exceeds the estimate and if the price for shipping is more than 5$ over the originally stated amount, the additional payment is required before the item is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
As you can see, each of my products is one of a kind. Most of them are made of wood or textile and are supposed to be durable unless exposed to excessive attempts to destroy it. I ship my items in the condition as seen on the photo in the listing and the buyer can ask for additional photos/information BEFORE payment is completed and item shipped. Once the items arrive, if for any reason they are different from what you have expected from the description or the photographs (please specify where was the problem), I will refund ONLY the cost of the item itself, reduced 4% of the total payment received via paypal. Shipping will not be refunded, and costs of shipping back are on the buyer's account. The items would be refunded only when they arrive back to me in undamaged condition within a reasonable amount of time (i.e. within 10 days from receiving it). If shipped back to me, it has to have new delivery confirmation label. So, please, ask, think twice, request more photographs if you are not sure you want my artwork. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 10 days of receiving the item.
Custom orders (Alchemy/private requests) and Made-to-order items are shipped only after finished to customer satisfaction (convos/e-mails serve as a proof) and when the payment is completed. There are no refunds on the items made via Alchemy / private requests.

Notice: earring parts are purchased at local craft store. I am not responsible for possible allergic reaction.
For the personalized items, 30% or the cost of material (in the case the price of the item involves much more time in comparison to the cost of the material) must be paid before making the item, and after I work in the details of the product from instruction via convo / e-mail and agree on the final product and the price. I will do my best to deliver before the time assigned, or at least by the time we agreed. However, the construction time of some artwork is really hard to calculate, and some of the pieces are very hard to make physically. For instance, carving extensively caused my joints to act up and swell uncomfortably. Please have this in mind. Also, if the items require frequent communication with you in terms of further consulting, I do expect that you work with me and to be as clear as possible in your requirements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with how it turns out and if nothing can be done after conversations, you can step out from the agreement, but there will be no refund on down payment if the item is a custom order that can not be turned into the regular line of the products I make. If the stage of the product made is such that it can be used for something else, and if the personalization process is not yet applied, there is a possibility to refund 50% of downpayment made. If unsure, please ask up front.
Rush items: life happens, right? If you tell me up front you need something by certain date, please say so at the beginning. I will do my best to deliver on time. This might involve a fee for the rush.
Customizing items from the store: almost all of my items on regular sale are subject to personalization. This can be done AFTER payment is completed and BEFORE shipping, and if you want something like that, information has to be included during the payment process in the note to seller.
