Thanks for stopping by. I hope you like what you see and can find something you can't live without. I love bringing every piece to life knowing that it will end up in a lovely home. I am always thinking of new things to make and if you can think of something you'd like to see well send me a note...I'm up for the challenge.

Payment

As of right now I take PayPal just cause its the easiest. BUT, I am always up for a cool trade, so please convo me. Please pay for your item within 3 days or it will be re-listed and up for grabs. If you decide you don't want the item BEFORE it ships then no prob I can simply re-list it. If you change your mind once it is shipped please read refund policy.

Shipping

I send everything USPS Priority with insurance on things over $10.00 and I don't wait to ship things I usually try to get them out as quick as possible. If there are any delays for whatever reason I will let you know in advance. If something comes up on my side please be sure I will do everything I can to make up for it and keep you happy. Please note that your shipping price also includes the price of a box and or envelope, so don't be upset if you see $5.50 in the postage sticker and I charged you $6.50 for shipping. ALSO, if for some reason the shipping I charged you turns out to be more than what I paid I will PayPal you the difference. For example, if i charged you $11.00 for shipping and your total AFTER the price of the box and shipping came out to $7.00, I will PayPal you the difference $4.00

If you need something shipped out faster than I have specified, just convo me and I will let you know what the additional cost will be to make it happen.

If your item is a gift that you would like sent to the recipient that can also be arranged. For example you bought a sushi pillow for your friend and you want him to get it as a surprise, well i will send your friend the pillow nicely wrapped as always with a note from you if you want, AT THE SAME TIME I will EMAIL you the receipt with shipping info so you know it went out and around when it will get there.

I want my cool stuff all over the world so I want to ship them everywhere. If you are international, once you have purchased something I will email you with a revised shipping cost which you can either accept or decline. If you accept,great! simply PayPal me the difference and your item is as good as yours. If you decline, although sad, there are no hard feelings and the item goes back on the market. I don't EVER want you to have to decline so please convo me and let's see of we can work something out :)

Refunds and Exchanges

This is my favorite part! Ok, I really want you to be happy with what you purchased so I will do everything I can to make you smile. Now, with that comes the hard stuff. Everything is returnable UP TO 2 times and if in NON USED condition. When you return something IF it is due to me or the post office I will refund you the shipping cost. If it is due to you changing your mind YOU will be responsible for paying for shipping back to me.

If there is something wrong with the item: ripped, dye bled (which will NEVER happen again!), messed up in shipping, etc... there will be no questions asked and you can either get a full refund, credit towards something else or a new item plus a few surprise "I'm sorry" things.

If you simply changed your mind you will be refunded the amount of the item MINUS the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me on your own dime. I am VERY specific when I list an item so don't expect there to be much if not any difference in the item once you receive it :)

So far I haven't had any trouble with lost packages but in the event that you don't receive your item within the days I told you please convo me IMMEDIATELY I want to make sure you get your item in a timely fashion so just keep me informed. I hate waiting too :) I will notify you when your item has shipped and I will let you know the estimated days the post office told me, so just keep me informed. I also loove a convo to let me know you got the item...that could be in the form of FEEDBACK and or a simple convo :)

If for some CRAZY reason you have a problem or are not happy CONVO me before you leave your feedback so we can work something out. Remember, I honestly want you to be happy so let's work it out :)

Because each piece is handmade by me sometimes I will use a pic and make a whole new item once it is purchased. That means there might be SLIGHT variations in the item you recieve. If there is something VERY different I will contact you to see if it is acceptable or not. Most times the difference is not noticable so don't worry.
