Hi there Tiera, Really sorry you are unhappy with the product! This product was tested on various recent iphones, ipad pros and samsung galaxy notes to make sure it was of good quality before uploading - I concluded that the dpi was fine at 150DPI as unless the product is for printing purposes where It would be at minimum 300DPI, I keep products like this at 150DPI to also avoid use outside it's purpose. Deepest apologies for the disappointment! Have messaged you if you'd like to discuss other options!

**Personal Use** Designs and Graphics by © TaroTaroStudio can be used for personal printing purposes such as stationary, t-shirts, prints and similar products. Said graphics and designs can also be used on personal social media sites and websites!

Some Designs will have automatic commercial use - please read the description of each design and product carefully.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED FILES?
After ETSY processes your payment, all the print files would be delivered electronically. You would receive an email with a link to download these files.
You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews.

HOW DO I PRINT?
Some ways you can print these works include:
1) Print on a home printer (preferably photo-quality printer for best results) and I would personally use a Matte finish paper
2) Print at a local stationary store or photo printing service
3) Upload and order prints online from places like Snapfish or Photobox
Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately, I am currently not doing custom or personalised orders but as soon as I am able I will make it clear in my shop!
