About

A world when fairy tales were true stories, mermaids were swimming buddies and omens foretold your future.

I am a graphic and mixed media artist. I sit in my art studio and try to make things that look pretty. I have a penchant for Fairy Tales and things of a Macabre nature, and most of my images involve them in some way or another. I love collecting old books, vintage scraps, worn things and working them into my art.

When I am working on a new piece I listen to audio books that revolve around that subject to get in the mood and time period. This helps lead me to find a way to express that story, history or aesthetic, and to include subtle details into my art that really makes the piece more personal.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Returns and exchanges:
We want to make sure your entire experience with Tartx is the best it can be, from start to finish. Do you need a different size? Not quiet the right color? Changed your mind? No problem! If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund less shipping. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship returns back to me within 21 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
Your package will go out the first business day after your payment unless otherwise noted in the listing. I will also forward the tracking number when the order has shipped.

All Tartx orders ship fully Insured both Domestically and Internationally. All Domestic (USA) orders and most International orders also include Delivery Confirmation.

Customs and import taxes:
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. VAT is not included in the listing price. If your country's revenue authority collects VAT, GST, handling or any other tax/fee, you will have to pay the fee on delivery according to your country's regulations. I wish we could give more information as to the exact possible fees or other amounts but these vary greatly depending on the country. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
Additional policies and FAQs
Lost or Damaged Package:
Though I have had such great service from the Post it is important to cover the procedure for lost and damaged packages. All orders are fully insured and I will always get things taken care of for you as fast as possible.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact me immediately and I will begin the claim process, sending a replacement package, etc. Please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice otherwise or I will not be able to process a claim and the claim might be denied. I will always work diligently to resolve any postal issue as fast as possible.

If you feel the Post has lost your package please let me know and I will do my best to help sort it out and track it down. For lost parcels a claim can not be started for 21 days Domestic and 45 days for International locations, except for Italy which requires 60 days. I will always do my best to move things through as seamless and as fast as possible and will fully refunded your order within 1-2 business days from the claim approval.
