A world when fairy tales were true stories, mermaids were swimming buddies and omens foretold your future.

I am a graphic and mixed media artist. I sit in my art studio and try to make things that look pretty. I have a penchant for Fairy Tales and things of a Macabre nature, and most of my images involve them in some way or another. I love collecting old books, vintage scraps, worn things and working them into my art.

When I am working on a new piece I listen to audio books that revolve around that subject to get in the mood and time period. This helps lead me to find a way to express that story, history or aesthetic, and to include subtle details into my art that really makes the piece more personal.

Returns and exchange details
Returns and exchanges:
We want to make sure your entire experience with Tartx is the best it can be, from start to finish. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it for a full refund less shipping. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship returns back to me within 21 days of delivery.

For returns or exchanges from countries in the EU. The EU Directive does not apply as stated in the directive the EU consumer rules only cover goods and services that have been bought in the EU.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Your package will go out the first business day after your payment unless otherwise noted in the listing. I will also forward the tracking number when the order has shipped.

All Tartx orders ship fully Insured both Domestically and Internationally.

Customs and import taxes:
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. VAT is not included in the listing price. If your country's revenue authority collects VAT, GST, handling or any other tax/fee, you will have to pay the fee on delivery according to your country's regulations. I wish we could give more information as to the exact possible fees or delay due to customs but these vary greatly depending on the country.

Lost or Damaged Package:
I have had excellent service from the Post but all orders do ship fully insured and if something should arise I will get things taken care of for you as fast as possible.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact me immediately and I will begin the claim process. Please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice otherwise the claim will not be able to be processed.

If you feel the Post has lost your package please let me know and I will start an Lost parcels a claim as soon as possible. Non-delivery or damage claims must be filed within 90 days of the date of shipment.
The waiting period before filing a claim:
21 days Domestic
45 days for International (60 days for Italy).

I will always do my best to move things through as seamless and as fast as possible and will replace your order or fully refunded your order (whichever you prefer) within one business day of the claim approval.

I will work diligently to resolve any postal issue as fast as possible.
