Payment
At this time, the preferred methods of payment are credit card, PayPal or direct checkout and etsy gift cards however, I will accept personal checks and money orders, but please be aware that I will hold them 7-10 business days for them to clear. After the payment clears, the turnaround time stated above will take effect.
Shipping
I ship USPS! It takes 2-5 days for first class orders in the United States! All orders will have delivery confirmation, so I will make sure your package gets to you! I am responsible for your wonderful new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and I recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. Insurance will protect you against loss or damage during shipping. I can add in the amount before you place your order just send me a convo!
Refunds and Exchanges
Satisfaction is my policy, I want everyone to be happy with there order so please convo me if you are not happy and we can talk about it! But any custom orders can not be refunded! All holiday items and leg warmers are nonrefundable. Leg warmers are custom made their for can not be returned. You may be refunded once you pay to ship the un damaged product back to me! Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee! Once I receive the items you will be refunded your money for the item only! If your product was lost, a refund or new item may be sent once I clarify with post office that the package is lost. This may take up to 30 days!

When an item is marked delivered and the customer tells me they never received their item, you will not be eligible for a refund unless you purchased insurance. This applies to international and domestic orders!

If you receive a coupon code to use in our shop, it MUST be entered during checkout. Be sure that is applied before completing checkout, we do not refund discounts.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Refund requests MUST be made within 3 days of packages being marked “Delivered” by USPS. Any requests made after 3 days will be denied.

If the item arrives damaged or not as described, we will issue a full refund after the items have been returned to me.

If you are requesting a refund for any other reason, we will only refund the original charges for the items after they’ve been returned, we will not refund return shipping charges. Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee!

If you would like to exchange your items for any reason, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
