3. Information in electronic business transactions (ordering process for online orders)
(a) Technical process of an order on the Internet: Please first place the desired products in the virtual shopping basket. From the shopping cart, you can define the delivery modalities. Then you define the payment method. Finally, you can check all entries again for input errors and, if necessary, make changes to your entries before you finally submit your order. Please note the information on the screen that guides you through the order.
(b) Order confirmation: On an electronic order on the Internet, you will receive the non-binding electronic confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received by us. This e-mail does not yet constitute a binding order confirmation (see para. 4.)
(c) Contract text: The GTC remain available on our website, but only in the current version. We therefore recommend that you save or print out the current terms and conditions for your documents when ordering.
(d) Languages: The purchase contract is only available in German.
4. Conclusion of contract
(a) A purchase contract is concluded by the order on the one hand and our order confirmation or delivery of goods on the other. If we do not respond within 48 hours, the order will be deemed rejected.
(b) German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Deviating mandatory consumer protection regulations at the permanent residence of the buyer remain unaffected.
5. Terms of payment
(a) Germany: Possible payment methods are bank transfer and PayPal
(b) Abroad: The customer is responsible for the processing and payment of bank charges and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
(c) The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Shipping
We bring your goods within 24 hours after order or in the case of the prepayment methods accordingly after receipt of payment on the way. With the exception of problems of the commissioned shipping company that are not foreseeable by us, delivery will reach you in a maximum of 4 working days for standard shipping. If the delivery times differ in individual cases, this is indicated on the respective product page. Since we can never completely rule out errors of the deliverer in exceptional cases, the shipping time is therefore likely. If you do not reach the goods in the time specified by us due to an unforeseeable delay at the commissioned shipping company, we ask for immediate notification so that we can investigate this with the commissioned shipper. The stated delivery times are valid for domestic shipping (mainland). Shipping to islands and abroad, if offered, can take a maximum of 4 working days longer.

Remove tattoo
The tattoos can be easily removed with Tesa film. Press Tesa strips firmly on the tattoo so that both combine as well as possible, and then peel off.Alternatively, bathe or shower for a long time and gently rub off the tattoo if it is well soaked.
