Thank you for stopping by my shop! I want every customer to be as happy with their transaction as they are with their purchase itself, and only completely happy is happy enough to satisfy me. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with my shop's policies, and please convo me if you have any questions.

What do you mean the painting doesn't match the sofa? You were sure the painting was gonna match the sofa! Oh I see, the colors on your monitor just made it look like it was going to match the sofa, but it doesn't, and now you don't have anywhere to hang it. Yeah, I hate it when that happens too.

Please contact me immediately if you are for any reason whatsoever unhappy with your purchase. I would rather have you return an item than to have our transaction be a source of unhappiness for you!

Items returned in their original, re-saleable condition within thirty days of delivery for bar coded items (parcel rate shipping) and three months of purchase for non-bar coded items (letter rate shipping) will be fully refunded for their purchase price less shipping fees.
You can pay for your purchase with PayPal or credit card - Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express are all accepted. Credit card purchases are handled securely through PayPal, but it is not necessary to sign up for a PayPal account to use this purchasing option. Payments are due within three days of your purchase.
Items are shipped within two business days of payment in full. Your item will be shipped by regular mail via Canada Post. Faster shipping is available, please convo me for a quote. Items which ship parcel rate are covered up to $100.00 against damage and loss automatically, and additional coverage is available for a small fee. Items which ship letter mail are not covered against damage or loss. This includes cards, zines, and items tagged as wall hangings (but not items tagged as paintings).

If your item has not arrived within a couple of weeks for shipping in North America or a couple of months if shipping elsewhere. In accordance with Etsy's policies sellers are not responsible for items lost in transit, but I will investigate all unreasonable delays in arrival immediately. Please note that items can occasionally get delayed by customs for very long periods of time.
