Policies on Shipping?
Domestic orders usually ship via USPS First Class Mail, which estimates delivery in 1-6 business days. I will do my part to ship the item(s) immediately, but can make no promises concerning the performance of the postal service. Delivery confirmation is included for all shipments within the United States.
No international shipping at this time.
If you have any specific needs concerning your item's shipping (for example, insurance, expedited service, etc), simply let me know and I will try to accommodate you to the best of my ability. Please be aware that shipping modifications will require additional fees.
Policies on Refunds/Returns?
Please contact me immediately if you are in any way unhappy with your item(s). While I stand by all of the items that I list in my shop, I do work with a professional (and amazing) 3rd party printer and understand that things can happen that may need to be addressed. I am willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
I will handle returns and exchanges on an individual basis as the need arises. After 10 days, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged. Before that point, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be given for the purchase price ONLY.
