About

"Something that seems to be everywhere, but not found."

I was quite tired at the beginning of 2000's.
I worked all day for a living, and finally became sick.
It became difficult for me to express my feelings, or move my fingers as I thought.

During my recuperation period, my husband encouraged and recommended me to create something.
I started all over again in 2005.
Creation gave me healthy body and mind again.

What I create is what I want.
Something that I wanted and looked for everywhere, but not found.
There are not many items listed in my shop, but I make all of them wholeheartedly.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

[Conditions of return]
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I refund after I have received the item and confirmed the condition.
Therefore I highly recommend to ship via Registered and/or insured Mail.
Remember, I cannot refund if the return parcel is missing/losing.

I accept payment through PayPal.
Shipping
I ship items via Registered Mail to the address provided by PayPal.
Your trace number will be on the shipping mail.
I am also delighted to ship gifts to the address of your choice.

Shipping fee: ¥650 (about $5) to everywhere except Japan

UK and Europe 5-7 days
China 5-7days

I understand that some customers would NOT like to receive their orders via Registered mail, because they have to stay at home to give a signature upon delivery.
Here is a coupon code for a DOWNGRADE shipping.
By using this code, your order will be shipped via First Class mail, and shipping fee will be reduced from ¥650 to ¥240.

PLEASE NOTE that you ( and I ) will be unable to trace the parcel shipped via First class mail.
I can not take responsibility for losing /missing parcel once I hand it over to the postal service.
I highly recommend the Registered mail.

[Missing/Losing Parcels]
If your item is not delivered over a month after my shipping notification, please take following steps.
1. Contact to your local post office with the track number I provide in the shipping notification.
2. Convo me that your item might be lost.
3. I check with Japan Post Service as well, then I submit a "formal inquiry" to JPS, to find out what happened to our parcel. JPS will investigate with your country’s post office.
4. The inquiry takes about a month. Please be patient.
5. When both post office (my side and your side) officially concluded they have lost our package after the investigation, I cancel your order and refund you.

Again, shippings via first class mail is untraceable, thus non-refundable.

It is not just a felt, but it is a polishing cloth for silver (cloth infused with a cleaner).
Gently rub your silver item to remove dirt and tarnish.
Don’t polish too hard, and don’t wash the cloth.
