I strive to make my customers happy,in fact- I guarantee your satisfaction. To avoid any confusion, please note the following policies:

Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is quaranteed. If you receive an item that is not as ordered or there is any problem, please send a convo within 36 hrs after receiving the item so that the problem can be resolved. If the purchased item is unacceptable, I will refund the cost of the item, not to include the postage, once the item has been received in it original condition.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: I accept PayPal for all purchases. I will also accept Western Union- though that will add additional charges to you in your payment. I will accept money orders, however, please keep in mind that I will not ship the item(S) until the money order is in my bank, & considered "good", this will possibly increase the amount of time in the shipping of your item. Payment arrangements are due at time of purchase.

*SALES TAX TX ONLY: I must charge residents in the state of Texas sales tax, it will be added automatically via PayPal at time of purchase.
* SHIPPING: I ship on Mondays and Thursdays. I ship via USPS First Class mail, unless it is more economical/feasable to ship Priority. When shipping internationally- I ship as instructed by that country's policies. I do not increase my shipping prices to profit on them! Nor do I increase my product prices in order to keep shipping low. I charge the actual price that you should pay for shipping, with maybe $0.50 to pay for packaging and trips to the post office- sometimes I lose out- I may have underestimated my costs- but that is not your concern. You purchased a product- not my time & shipping expense. I will always maintain that policy- it's only fair to my customers!

* HOLIDAY AND/OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING: During the holidays, unless the item is ordered in advance of the post office's shipping rush- I will offer expedited shipping. You can obtain a quote from me by asking in the "message to seller" section. I will contact the post office, & give you the exact quote given to me.

* SHIPPING INSURANCE ON PACKAGES: Insurance on packages is $2.50 in addition to the stated shipping charges. Let me know in the "note to seller", if you would like to purchase insurance.

Additional policies and FAQs
*RETURNS: We want you to love what you get! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know within 36 hours of receiving the item, so we can make it right. If the item is unacceptable, we will refund the cost of the item minus any shipping costs. Refund will be processed once the item is returned in it's original condition.
