Welcome to my Etsy graphic design shop. Design is not just a hobby or passion for me, it is also my professional life. I hold a BSA in graphic design, have over a decade of professional design experience and currently own and operate my own, fully incorporated design business.

We will work together to make a design that works for you.
I currently only accept Paypal for payments, though do not have to have a Paypal account to use these services, just a valid credit card.

All payments must be made in full before I begin any project or deliver any pre-made design files.
Most items will be emailed, though if you require a CD please just let me know.
Additional policies and FAQs
My design process is as follows:

Upon receipt of full payment, I will contact you with some questions to learn about your shop or business, and what it is you are looking for in a design. I will also conduct some research for you within your industry and put together a mood board.

Following your reply, I will provide 3 original design concepts, from which you may choose a direction. This normally will take me 2-5 days.

Once a direction is chosen, you will have one month of unlimited revisions based on your thoughts and ideas.

Upon completion of the design project, all copyrights will be transferred to you, with a signed pdf proof. Designs will be delivered in both vector (.eps) and raster (.jpg) formats, along with working project files. If you need other formats, I will provide those as well of course.
