Returns and exchanges
We will accept returns if we are contacted via e-mail or Etsy conversation within 3 days of delivery. We don't check our feedback often, so feedback is not considered an effective way to contact us. Please be aware that each screen print is slightly different from its brother. We will accept returns if we deem an item's picture to be a gross misrepresentation of the actual item. We cannot accept returns for slight variations in the rendering of a screen. Many of our item pictures are not the actual item you receive but an example of the same print. Custom order returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us before shipping an item back. Each item is printed to order, saving everyone money. Because of this if an item is to be returned for a reason other than those listed above it may require a restocking fee. Shipping for returns other than the reasons listed above, such as placing an accidental wrong order, will have to be at your expense.

Please note that we aren't professionals. The two of us deal with every aspect of this site along with our full time responsibilities to work and school. Therefore, returns can be confusing. If you return an item please include a note describing the replacement item you would like. This helps us keep everything straight and get people what they need.
Etsy requires payment within 3 days. Please mail payments within that 3 day period and let us know. If we don't receive payment or notification of a mailed payment after several days we will leave negative feedback and report the transaction to Etsy as unpaid. We hate to do it, but if we don't Etsy bills us for the transaction and that's bad for business.
International Shipping *is* possible. If you find an item that is not labeled for international shipping it is a mistake, please contact us and allow us to fix it for you.

If we offer Free Shipping on our items it only applies to standard, First Class USPS shipping in the Continental United States.

If you'd like faster shipping please contact us. We're more than happy to rush an order that you intend to give as a gift, however we don't upgrade shipping unless it is specifically requested and paid for. Be sure to ask up front and give us enough lead time to produce a proper invoice and receive your payment. We do our best but can't be held responsible for our carrier or their delays.
