Know what your jewelry is made from! No metal alloy chain here!
Necklaces are made with stainless steel chain! They are hypoallergenic and corrosion resistive, they will not oxidize (rust).

Most cuffs and rings in my shop are 1100 food grade aluminum or stainless steel. These will not tarnish, and are less likely to cause problems to people with metal allergies! Copper and brass will tarnish but will come with polishing clothes to remove tarnish.

Team Neville LLC is a small metal stamping shop, run by me, a work at home mom. My name is Jess and I love reading and gaming! You can find me at many anime and gaming conventions in the Michigan / Indiana / Illinois area. My passion is subtle fandom related jewelry, but I also love making inspirational and mommy jewelry.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Payment
Please check your address before submitting your order. I mail many items same day, so if you notice an issue with the way your address is entered on your invoice, please contact me ASAP. If your item is sent to the wrong address, you will have to wait for it to be returned to me, and then I will ask you to pay shipping again, since I will have to pay to mail it to you a 2nd time.

Please check your address before submitting your order. I mail many items same day, so if you notice an issue with the way your address is entered on your invoice, please contact me ASAP. If your item is sent to the wrong address, you will have to wait for it to be returned to me, and then I will ask you to pay shipping again, since I will have to pay to mail it to you a 2nd time.

Most jewelry gets made three to five days after purchase, and will get mailed out within a day of being completed. If I have to wait for supplies or something else, I will be sure to email you.

Your order will be shipped first class, in an envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap. most US, Canadian and European packages can be tracked right on your purchases page.

International packages are shipped first class, which has to pass through customs. this can take anywhere between 2 and 6 WEEKS, depending on your country's customs. IF YOUR COUNTRY CHARGES A CUSTOMS FEE, IT IS BUYER RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY UPON RECEIPT. There is no quicker way for me to send your item if it is going through international mail. International express mail is much too costly, so I do not offer it.

UK/AFRICAN/SOUTH AMERICAN BUYERS: The UK has started charging customs tax on most packages. These customs fees can be up to 1/4 the listed price of the item. The shipping time to the UK has been running around 3-6 weeks. If you are not prepared to pay the customs fees and cannot wait 6 weeks, please let me know and I will cancel your order and refund you. If you would like a refund, I completely understand.

If your US item is not to you within a week from the date shipped, or if you international item is not to you within 40 days of the date shipped, contact me, and I can help you with tracking. US orders will be replaced if not found within 3 days of verifying package was lost. International orders to countries who offer tracking will have orders replaced after the 40 day arrival time.

INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES THAT OFFER TRACKING:: Australia, Belgium, Brazil*, Canada, Croatia, Denmark*, Estonia, France*, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar*, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy*, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg*, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal*, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland. ANY OTHER COUNTRIES DO NOT OFFER TRACKING. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. If your item is lost in the mail in any other country than these listed, I will either refund your item cost MINUS SHIPPING COST, or I will request you pay shipping to re-send. Unfortunately, I have lost too much money to lost packages in these countries, and can not afford to guarantee packages shipped there.
