Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. All cancelations will be refunded if production has not yet started.
Can you make my item(s) faster?
I can work with you to meet your deadline but please understand that a rush fee will be added to expedited orders.

The Te Amo Too Shop is responsible for fulfilling your order, carefully packaging and taking it to the post office. But we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping by the carrier or lost / stolen packages.
Can I return my order?
If you're not satisfied with your order I will be more than happy to work with you to correct the problem. Refunds will be given if product is found to be defective in materials or construction. You will however be responsible for shipping costs of returned items. No refunds will be provided for rush fees, shipping costs or custom orders.
