Returns and exchanges
Sales are final. We do an excellent job describing items and provide clear accurate pictures. Dimensions are listed in all directions including volume for stemware. We describe color by the original manufacturer's proper name, and a common name or description in the absence of a verified company name. The era or year of manufacture is stated from company documentation such as sales brochures, museum historic data, patent information and known (item in original box, original label attached) examples by experts. If you are unhappy for any reason, please convo and we will discuss it.
Returns: Voluntary other than an obvious Seller Error
The Buyer will pay for return shipping, and original shipping will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a return in all cases where prior approval has not been given. No refunds after 7 days of reciept of merchandise.
Buyer refused delivery: We will refund the purchase price of the item only. No shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns: Obvious Seller Error
We reserve the right to retrieve and replace the mistaken item with the item purchased at our discretion.
We will pay for return shipping and ship the correct item.
Refunds including shipping be will processed only after the item is received and it must be in the same condition as when sold (original shipping damage excepted as described in Damaged section). We will not refund for items damaged in return shipping. Please use original packing and all materials.
Damage
It happens during shipping due to circumstances beyond Buyer or Seller control. In the event you receive a damaged item, you must notify us immediately and keep all the packaging, and take pictures of the damage. We will notify the shipping company if applicable and file a loss report.
We will refund:
a) the purchase price of the individual item, if part of set, we reserve the right to replace the damaged item if available, if no replacement is available for immediate shipment, we will only refund the value of the item damaged. No shipping refund applicable.
b) Individual item: if the damaged item is the only item in the shipment, we will refund the purchase price and shipping unless an identical replacement is available for immediate shipment. We reserve the right to replace the damaged item with an identical item.
Obvious Seller Error is defined as shipping a red towel instead of the blue towel, measurements in error greater than 1/2 inch in any direction, or receiving a set of 7 when listing described the set as 8.
Please note that all refunds are applicable only with proof of damage and cooperation in following up with a damage loss report to the carrier.
We have shipped over 1,500 things and have experienced damaged shipments only 3 times in 4 years. We have an excellent track record for shipping securely and accurately (knock on wood.) We want you to be a happy buyer so you'll stop back when time comes so please convo in the event you are dissatified with anything you have purchased.
Payment
We accept money orders and Personal Checks (which we may require notice they have cleared before we ship).
We accept cancellations within 24 hours (we know sometimes buyers make a mistake) so you may cancel within 24 hours of the time the sale was made).
Shipping
We welcome international buyers and have shipped to Australia, Japan, France, Canada and inbetween. The rules for all countries differ so convo for a quote, we are happy to share with our international friends.
