I'm so glad you stopped by to visit me at TeddiHosmanDesigns...Jewelry for Confident Women. As many of my clients know, I love designing and making jewerly, especially creations featured in sterling silver, copper, or bronze often adding pearls, crystals, and organic stones.

I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I typically do not accept returns although I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please Convo me prior to leaving feedback and within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and I will work with you to see what we can do to make this a pleasant experience for all concerned.
Payment
Payment is due when purchasing your item. Using credit cards through Paypal is my prefered method, however do not hesitate to Convo me to arrange alternative payment options, if needed.
Shipping
Currently, I ship all packages through DeutschePost (Germany's mail system) for both domestic and international shipments. Each creation comes wrapped in a gift box and secured in a bubble envelope.

I can ship items via an Express service however this additional option starts at $80/shipment. If this service is of interest, Convo me before the purchase and I will find out what our best Express shipping options are.
