Thanks for checking out my shop and my policies. As far as my products are concerned, it is my policy to use the best ingredients I can find. Freshness and therapeutic integrity are the most important thing for me. I strive to keep things as natural as I possibly can. I do use a preservative system for some water-based products. Unpreserved items will be clearly marked in the title and will be made to order. So it may be 1-2 additional days before those items ship. But good things come to those who wait, right?

As for all of the technical details of doing business on Etsy, I’m quite sure I don’t have them all hammered out just yet. I’m counting on you to help me with some of those. So, let’s work together on things. I’m always happy to answer questions and I’ll gladly accept any tips and advice.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds & exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. If there’s something wrong with the product, we’ll work it out. If you just don’t like the fragrance, well, that’s something else. I’m a pretty friendly gal with a bit of retail experience under my belt. I understand customer satisfaction and that sometimes a refund/exchange is required. Let’s just talk about it.

As for items that get ‘lost in the mail’…that’s why insurance is such a good idea. It doesn’t cost much and it does cover the bases. I highly recommend it on the pricier items.
Payment
I’m currently accepting Paypal and US Postal money orders. I appreciate payment at the time of purchase. Your items will ship once the funds have been received. That means if you’re paying with a money order, your purchase will ship when payment has arrived in my mailbox. If you need to make special payment arrangements, just contact me. I’m sure we can work something out.
Shipping
I typically use USPS priority mail, and that is what my shipping rates are based on. I do what I can to ship things the most economical and ecologically friendly way possible. I’m happy to insure your package and/or expedite shipping. If this is the case, postage will have to be recalculated.

I ship from Texas and that means that certain items, like Muddah Buddah and unpreserved products require a little extra TLC during the hot months. I’m still working on the best way to handle this, but it may require some extra communication. In any case, I will do my very best to ship your items within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

~♥~ Local Purchases ~♥~ I’m a ‘stay-at-home’ mom, and you know what that means…I’m out running around ALL THE TIME. So if we’re running in the same geographical circles, I’m happy to arrange a hand-to-hand exchange.

~♥~ Custom Orders: I♥Custom, so just ask. I'm happy to work with you on developing that perfect product. Sometimes we get it right the first time, sometimes we don't. I am currently charging "materials only" fees for new product development. It's a great way for you to get what you're looking for at a decent price. I do reserve the right to take the product to market at any point in the process - even if we're still working on getting your product just perfect.

~♥~ Product Trials: periodically I’m looking for a larger focus group to test out new products for me. If you’re looking for a specific product or would like to be notified of upcoming trials, feel free to contact me. I will send emails from time to time about trial opportunities. Participation is free, and a full list of ingredients is disclosed so you can cross check for known allergies. All I ask in return is your honest feedback.

~♥~ Personalized Products: Some of my items just beg to be personalized -- like my Aack Attack! Monster Repellent. Your little Princess might not need to keep the monsters at bay. Her problem might be bad dreams. I'm happy to work up a custom label for you. I will retain the rights to use the packaging design in the future unless you're providing the artwork, of course.
