Thank you so much for visiting my little shop! All of my items are handmade from start to finish in my home studio in Seattle, Washington and are one of a kind. Because each individual piece is crafted by hand there may be slight variations from item to item. But if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact me and we can work together to resolve any reasonable request.

Payment
Paypal must be used for all orders UNLESS you have discussed it with me before hand. I do accept other payment methods (check, cash, money orders) so please feel free to convo me or email me - thenerdybird @ gmail.com
Note - You do not need a paypal account to pay! =)
Shipping
I ship to the US and Canada. If you need to ship outside of the US/Canada please convo me prior to ordering. I will need to change the shipping rate on the item. Also, I am not here to scam more money on shipping. In most cases I under charge shipping which I am ok with. Prices keep being raised at the USPO :(
I typically ship my items within 3 days of receiving payment. Some of my items are made upon ordering - I will convo you/email you with your shipping time and confirm that they have been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Typically I do not except refunds, however I do want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item and it was not what you were expecting I would hope you would contact me so I can work on getting you what you expect. I take great pride in my work so please do not hesitate!
