I cannot say enough good things about this seller and her socks. I found her to be so helpful in selecting the sizes and with answering all of my questions. The sock colors are incredible and wash great.
Accepted payment methods
If you are local to the Arlington, MA area or coming as a referral from family or friend in Eastern Massachusetts, and would like to pay by other means, please contact me.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If you are having problems paying, either for technical issues, or financial, please contact me via the "Contact teegee" link, or via the email address on your receipt. Communication is KEY! Please feel free to contact me at anytime about your purchase. If you are having problems navigating the Etsy checkout- contact me and I can help you out.
If no communication is received and the amount remains unpaid after 3 business days, I will be forced to cancel the sale and relist the item for sale again.
Items will be shipped after payment has cleared.
Shipping is via USPS First Class (or priority depending on the item) both domestic and international. Insurance & delivery confirmation is included in the shipping costs for any items over $25.
All items are shipped within 2 days of confirmation of payment being received.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note: You are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties and customs obligations imposed by your country. Customs forms will be filled out correctly as per US Laws. I can not mark items sold from this shop as "gift"- it's a federal crime- so please don't ask. :-)
Refunds and Exchanges
That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of item. I believe this gives ample time to assess whether it meets your satisfaction.
Refunds will be given (less shipping) upon my receipt of your purchase in new, unworn condition.
I'm sorry, but I can't refund shipping costs for "change of heart".
While I do not sell items that are damaged in any way, if for some reason a flaw has escaped my notice, please contact me immediately for a full refund.
