Hi, I'm Joyce Rice / Teenyrobots and I run things around here! I've been drawing, writing, and publishing comics since 2004. I make nonfiction comics on history, policy, and technology, and fiction comics on love, human nature, and civic responsibility. I co-founded the comics journalism magazine Symbolia (2012), was a Fellow at American University’s GameLab (2015-2016), and am a professor in the Comics MFA program at California College of the Arts (2015-present).

My work is produced using the highest quality materials and processes I can find. I work with printers and suppliers in the US wherever possible and only ship products I'm proud to own myself. When you shop with Teenyrobots, you can be sure a lot of love and thought went into the work.
