TEEsox--Unique and Quirky One of a Kind Creatures Made to Make You Smile

These whimsical hand-stitched rag dolls are made from reclaimed and vintage clothing.

I was initially inspired by a primitive sock monkey made by my daughter's friend. I started making my own version as gifts. With encouragement from friends, it quickly became a small business. Everything is created in my home studio in Petaluma, CA. Each creature features exposed hand-stitching and is stuffed with discarded fabrics. They are made entirely from up-cycled materials, which gives them that old fashioned appearance. Each doll is unique and one-of-a-kind. The clothing is sourced from hand-me-down items from friends, garage sales and antique fairs. Everything is thoroughly cleaned, whether it is used for stuffing or the doll itself. My critters are meant to be quirky and fun, from their long gangly legs to their silly lips and noses. My goal is to have fun making a sustainable product that brings joy and smiles to my customers. These quirky critters appeal to ALL ages!

Welcome to TEEsox by Teri. All these unique rag dolls are hand-stitched and made entirely from reclaimed clothing. TEEsox have long gangly legs, silly pinch-stitched lips or noses, exposed stitching and are meant to be quirky and whimsical. They appeal to all ages. I have sold them as gifts for grandmothers, babies and, yes, even for teenage boys! I hope that you will adore these critters as much as I do!

Additional policies and FAQs
Special orders are my absolute FAVORITE thing to do. Having a TEEsox made from your special heirloom fabric or favorite cast-offs makes them all the more sentimental. Who wouldn't adore a little animal with a dress made from their grandmother's linen or a super hero with their initial on the front? See the Special Order section in my shop!
