If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from Teetoo, please let me know and I will be more than happy to offer an exchange, Teetoo gift certificate or refund. Refunds will only be accepted for items that are incorrect upon arrival. Return shipping costs are the buyers expense for any exchanges (except in the case of a refund for goods which are incorrect upon arrival).

Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. If your payment isn't received within 3 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled.

Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted in the listing you've purchased or you have ordered a made-to-order item. Made-to-order items will be made especially for you upon receipt of payment and will be shipped as soon as completed with communication provided on progress.

All items will be shipped via Canada Post at the most economical rate, except for The Hairy Beast which is sent expedited with tracking and insurance.
*I will not be responsible for items once they have been shipped, unless an arrangement for insured shipping has been made.* I would be happy to add additional insurance or delivery confirmation to any listings which do not already include them. Please message me for this.

Each Teetoo piece is made with tremendous care. Many hours of love and attention goes into making every piece of original artwork and unique Handmade Huggables. Because each piece is handmade, items may vary slightly.
