the necklace is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made! for the price u absolutely get ur money’s worth for something unique and so nice. the silver is really sturdy, doesn’t feel easily bendable, and is on a really nice length chain. shipping was great considering the distance it had to go and the difficulty it probably had through customs, the seller shipped it out really fast! i recommend buying from this shop 100% :)

The earring is exactly as pictured. It is slightly bigger on my ear than I anticipated, but it is a statement piece so no worries there. The package came wrapped like a present, so if you’re buying as a gift that’s a bonus! I’ll definitely consider Tempest for future jewelry!

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Returns, exchanges and refunds are done on a case to case basis. While your satisfaction is my highest aim, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to work out a solution.

Because of the nature of their design, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

I cannot refund or exchange earrings for reasons of hygiene, unless they are damaged or are a wrong order

Payment

I accept direct checkout, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards.

Orders will be shipped once payment is received. Most items are made to order, unless it is an already made one-of-a-kind piece, in which case this will be reflected in the processing time. Items will be shipped within 1-3 weeks turnaround time of the order being placed, depending on production time, the popularity of the item, and our communications based on your needs. Already made items will usually ship within a week maximum of the order being placed.

Order cancellation is possible within 48 hours of your order, but afterwards, if I have already started on your item there will be a 20% restocking fee for cancellations.

I have the right to refuse or cancel sales if needed.

Shipping

I ship all my items through Canada Post. Most made to order items will be shipped within 1-3 weeks of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated.

Additional items in the same shipment ship for free.

Delivery Times:
Canada: 1 week, but usually only a few days, if not overnight, depending on what province you live in
US : 1-2 weeks , but usually within a week
International: 1-3 weeks

Most parcels are sent with tracking, but not always, depending on where the item is being shipped. If you need to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery for any reason, please let me know.

Please understand that parcels get lost, sometimes get accepted at the wrong address, and can take long periods of time to arrive depending on where you live outside of Canada.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable custom fees or taxes. I am not responsible if a buyer fails to accurately write their shipping address when checking out. I will send items to the address on the buyer's invoice, unless I have been told otherwise beforehand.

I recycle much of my packaging.
