Designer Marisol Mercado’s hand engraved collection has carved out a niche in the fashion industry, known for the unique appeal of her belts, sandals, necklaces, rings, and bracelets. This collection is instantly recognized for its craftsmanship, touching on both elegance and playfulness while incorporating influences from both Mayan and Aztec cultures.

Marisol has been featured and showcased at: The Four Seasons Hotel, Punta Mita [as their 'Designer of 2011']; The Plaza Hotel [2011 & 2012]; Henri Bendel [2007 - 2011]; ANIK NY [2006-20012]; as well as numerous downtown boutiques and International Magazines [Harper's Bazaar, Nylon Magazine & Maxwell to name a few].

Ms. Mercado studied design in Guadalajara, and draws inspiration from her father, a master engraver. Her collection merges centuries of old world craftsmanship with a contemporary maverick style.

TEMPLE Jewelry often feature complex metalwork celebrating polished brass, copper, german silver [or silver] orchestrated with colorful resins.

The 'piece de resistance' of the TEMPLE collection is Marisol's signature belt. Hand-crafted in her native Guadalajara, these buckles are noted for their sensuous colors and expert craft and ultimate versatility -- each buckle is paired with an hand-braided belt of supreme leather.
