Please be mindful of your keychain, they are somewhat fragile (compared to something made of metal) and should be handled with care. Earring care can be found on the individual listing.

Custom orders take 5-7 days to process and another 3-14 days for shipping (dependant on buyers location). Ready made orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days!

Due to the nature of these products, I can not offer a refund or return on any items. However, if you have an issue - I will do my best to fix it!

If there is a discrepancy between the shipping charged via Etsy and what it actually costs at the post office, have no fear! I will send you a refund for the difference!
