This bird ornament is awesome. I showed it to people at the office and they all said the same thing, "It looks so real!" It is quality made and arrived fast. I'm simply overjoyed!

Payment
I accept credit cards through Etsy Direct Payment, PayPal, checks and USPS money orders.
Shipping
I ship all items either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipment will take place within one business day. Each item is packed with great care to arrive at your home safely and intact. All items are box-shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item is damaged in transit, I would like to know within 24 hours of its arrival. If I have more in stock, I will send another once I have received the damaged item in return.

After you have received your purchase and if you find you 'just don't want it any longer' or didn't read the description clearly and correctly, I will impose a 20% RESTOCKING FEE for all items sent back to me in new, pristine condition. I will not refund for any used or damaged items.

ALL RETURNS MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS.
