Welcome to TeoMae Designs - named after my two beautiful children, Mateo and Maelyn. I hope you enjoy browsing my creations and that you may find something you like. I am committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase and strive to create the highest quality pieces possible.

Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade and unique and will therefore not be without imperfections. I hope you will appreciate the love that went into creating each piece. For my fine silver pieces, the process of conceiving an idea, sketching it, perfecting the drawing, then creating the mold and finally the finished piece of silver is an extraordinarily cathartic experience for me and I truly enjoy every step of the process. I look forward to communicating with new customers, hoping that you will be completely satisfied and return to add to your collection of TeoMae Designs.

CARE: Please do not use cream or liquid tarnish removers on my pieces, as it may permanently damage the patina I use on many of the fine silver pieces. Instead, use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore shine and remove tarnish.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
I want all my customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, let me know and we will rectify the situation together.

I will ship the item within three business days (usually 24 hours) of receiving payment.

Custom orders may take longer depending on the piece to be created.

My experience has shown that it takes about 8-14 business days for a package to get from Canada to the US, and 12-24 business days to get overseas. I wish it could be quicker, but the postal service is what it is. I ship regular mail which does not provide tracking capabilities.

Please convo me if you require expedited service and I will do my best to accomodate your request (additional shipping fees will apply).

Please note that your item may not be the exact piece shown in the photographs but I will make every effort to make it as much the same as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, do not hesitate to let me know so I can try to fix it.
