Wish I could give this 100 stars. WOW just WOW! It is gorgeous. The gemstones are so incredible and the metal smithing is beyond amazing. Teresa is so talented and the nicest person in the world to shop with. Thank you so much for everything----the super fast secure shipping with beautiful little gift boxes. Can't wait for my next purchase.

This is GORGEOUS!!!! Wow everything about it is perfect. The attention to detail and the overall design is amazing. Teresa is one talented artist. The chain with the moonstones is just incredible. Even the leaf is curved so it fits like a glove. Thank you so much for the super fast secure shipping with beautiful gift boxes.

Teresa went above and beyond on this gift! It was a surprise for a friend. Teresa made sure the friend wouldn't see the beautiful pendant and buy it, and sent the gift right to the friends house with a quirky note I asked her to write. The pendant is lovely. Thank you so much, Teresa!

About

My jewelry-making story starts when I was 10 years old and I sewed a drawstring bag on a sewing machine all by myself. It was about 6"x8", white with blue stripes and 2 drawstrings that pulled from opposite sides. I can still feel the excitement of the possibilities that stretched out in front of me... From the beginning, I made things so I could be different from everyone else; materials, craftsmanship, details, colors. I made clothes for myself and my family and for several years I made quilts. I was inspired by color, scrap and Amish quilts, and asymmetric design. I dyed my own fabrics and enjoyed the depth of color and unique textures I could work with.

When my youngest son turned one year old, he was diagnosed with cancer and time stopped. For the next few years our lives revolved around his health. It's been several years and we're so grateful that he's healthy and the dearest person you could ever know. As you would expect, the experience had a huge impact on our family. One of the biggest effects it had on me was a deep realization that time is precious and very short. Every day I still ask myself what I want to do and what I should do. I try to spend most of my time on what I want to do.

After his illness I continued making quilts for a few more years but eventually came to the point of having done what I wanted to with quilts. The things that were important to me in quilting remained important as I transitioned into making jewelry-color, strong technique, asymmetry, and details.

I find that time stops in a good way when I'm working in my studio; I get totally immersed in the work and the piece and have no concept of time passing. I make jewelry because of how I feel when I wear it-special and more myself somehow... I want my jewelry to do the same for you. From my heart to yours ❤
