Payment
Paypal and money orders.
If you are choosing to pay with Paypal, most of the times the money clears right away but after the payment is in my account, I will then ship out and an email of the delivery confirmation will be sent to you, you can then track your package.
If you are choosing to pay with a money order, I will await your money order, after it is in the bank and deposited, I will then ship off your item. You will receive a email from me with your delivery confirmation number so you are able to track your item.
Shipping
All items are shipping with the US Post office. Most items arrive within 2-3 days, I always use first class parcel mail unless the shipping cost is high enough to pay for priority mail. If you would like these items shipped overnight or other shipping companies, please convo me and I will find the rates and adjust the price on shipping BEFORE you purchase the item.

This shop is proud to be international shipping friendly! All items have international shipping options! Please note that delivery confirmation DOES NOT apply to international shipping, the USPS does not give us that option to ship internationally.

All Buyers.... All payments must be made in full and cleared before I will ship out the item, each item is shipped out the day after the order unless on weekends and holidays, the items will be shipped that Monday or day after holiday.

All orders come with Delivery Confirmation. Items or transaction amount over $10 (before shipping) will also come with complimentary Insurance. In case a item gets lost or damaged, please contact me about not getting the package or the damaged items and I will be able to file a claim. I may need to ask you to take photos of the package or letter you have been given from the post office in order for me to file the claim. After doing your part, I can remake your item or refund your money (if item is unable to be made again).

Delivery Confirmation: a tracking number in order for you and me to know where the item is and when it arrived to your house. This is fun for you but also lets me know the item did get delivered to your home.

Insurance: a back up method for both the buyer and seller to be covered. This feature is purchased from the post office and if the item is lost, damaged or missing that the insurance will cover the cost of the item and shipping. Its a win win situation! :)
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or Exchanges will be given within 3 weeks of the purchase date, please contact me within the 21 days and we can see what we can do to make you a happy buyer!

Refunds will be given only if the item you have purchase is defective. I will not make a refund if the item isnt to your sizing or if the fabric style isnt what you were wanting. Each listing has pictures and measurements to inform you what you will be purchasing.

When a refund is established, I will refund your money the way you sent your payment. If you sent the payment through PayPal, I will only refund you thru Paypal. I refuse to send you a money order if you used anything OTHER then a money order.

Reusable On the Go Bags can NOT be refunded. Please look at the measurements in the description to make sure it is the correct size you are looking for. I am BIG on customer service, that is why I can not refund these items. I would not want to sell a reusable bag to another customer after it has left my hands. Thank you for your understanding!

Additional policies and FAQs
I am more then willing to reserve your item for you, however, I will give you up to 2 weeks, unless we have agreed on a specific date, to purchase your reserved item. If this item is not purchased within the 2 weeks, I will put the item off reserve leaving it open to all buyers to purchase.

I am ALWAYS open to custom order, please convo me with your idea and we can communicate back and forth till the order is established. All custom order will be 50% up front for material costs and the other 50% after the item is made. This is a standard for Teri's Treasure custom order and Alchemy bids unless other plans are made.

To prolong the life of your quilted items, hand wash in cold and line dry. If for some reason you see a dangling thread, please do NOT pull the thread, cut with scissors.
