If you wish to purchase using a credit card, you may do so via Paypal without having a Paypal account. If you need assistance with this process, please contact me and I will be happy to guide you.

I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be cancelled after three days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.

I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.

I ship via Canada Post using the least expensive method possible and within 48 hours of payment. I make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly.

*CANADIANS* Due to the wide difference in postal rates across the country, the highest shipping charge has been quoted (BC to east coast). If you reside in western Canada your shipping charges will be partially refunded.

International buyers are welcome! If you do not see your country listed, please convo me for estimated shipping costs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Please permit at least two weeks for delivery. Overseas customers please permit 2-3 weeks.

Please ensure that your address submitted during checkout matches your Paypal address. You may add alternate addresses to your Paypal account - if you need assistance with this, please contact me. If your Paypal shipping address and Etsy shipping address do not match, I will not ship the item until you have confirmed the correct address. I want your item to get to you!

Insurance is automatically included on purchases up to $100 within Canada and the US. Additional insurance for items over $100 is reflected in individual listings. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.

Because I work with natural and unique materials, my pieces are frequently one-of-a-kind. As such, please note it is not always possible to *exactly* replicate a piece due to natural variations and availability of materials.

Some of my listed items may be customizable in terms of size, clasp style, hook style, etc. Please note there may be an upcharge for some customizations.
